Discovering True Identity: The Freedom Series vol. 1
Are you battling with your past mistakes and failures?
Do you struggle with forgiving those who have hurt and offended you?
Is living in your new identity in Christ something that seems obscure or impossible for you?
Hi, my name is Dean Hackett. I am a pastor, church planter, and student of the Word.
I hold 2 Masters degrees and Ph.D. in theology and have been studying end time prophecy through the lens of current events for 47 years.
I have planted four churches in the United States and Canada and assisted in planting many others. I currently pastors Living Faith Church in Hermiston, Oregon and have served as keynote speaker in leadership conferences and marriage and family conferences.
Discovering True Identity exposes for us how we can live a victorious life free from the bondage to our past failures, trauma, heritage, and culture.
In Discovering True Identity, I show you how you can live according to your new identity – your identity in Christ.
This message is crucial for today’s believer. We live in a era when we are defined by our successes; by what people see and perceive about us and often those labels define our present choices and our future path.
Discovering True Identity shatters those molds! It liberates us with a message that we can break free from the generalities and demographics that our own past and societies labels have place on us and live a new life with a fresh purpose and a hopeful future.
What people are saying about Discovering True Identity:
I found Discovering True Identity, by Dr.Dean Hackett, easy to read and hard to put down. It ministered to my heart as I soaked in the message through the ministry of the Holy Spirit to my heart. It is a short book with only seven doable chapters. I think each home would benefit from reading this book!! It wasn’t hard to find the time to read this book. I would definitely recommend it to you. – Judith Kowles
Have you truly ever wanted to understand your position in Christ ? So many Christians wage a war of self condemnation. A war basically against themselves in a sense. Scripture say’s that we are joint heirs with Christ. Romans 8:1 say’s “there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus”. So why would we waste one valuable second of our lives dwelling on who we were, instead of who we are! In this book Dr. Hackett gives a very vivid and thorough description of a believer’s
standing and position in Christ. Written with gripping introductory stories to capture the reader and bring each point home to the reality of our true position. I encourage everyone who struggles in this area of their walk, or who knows someone that struggles to get this book and to begin the process of breaking free of the chains of condemnation in
their lives. – Stylus
