During the times of 1st and 2nd Kings in Israel and Judah, wicked kings who intermarried with the surrounding pagan nations began to introduce pagan worship.
The idols that they began to worship led the children of Israel into rampant immorality and child sacrifice.
When this kind of pluralism is brought into a society that had been the worship of only Almighty God, it requires tolerance.
That morality is relative – what is considered moral for you.
That there are many ways to God.
But tolerance, by it’s very nature, requires the removal of absolute truth; and those who preach absolute truth must not be tolerated.
Our pagan culture desperately needs a church that will be willing to stand up in truth, rebuild the altar of the Lord, and call the church back to the old ways and repentance.
But how do we do that?
