Many people throughout history have believed in God; just as today many people say they believe in God, and even attend church every Sunday.
However, there is a great difference between believing in God and calling yourself a Christian and being a disciple of Jesus Christ.
A disciple of Jesus Christ goes beyond believing that God exists and calling yourself a Christian.
Being a disciple of Jesus Christ means modeling your life after Jesus.
It means living your life in a way that is honoring to God.
It means obeying His Word no matter what it costs you, surrendering your right to have the final say in your life, and choosing to make God’s Word the center of your life and worldview.
The question today is: Are you a believer or a disciple?
