We all come to Jesus with messed-up lives.
It doesn’t matter if you grew up in a Christian home with strong Christian values. You still have to have Jesus clean up your messiness.
While Jesus doesn’t expect us to clean up our messiness before coming to Him, He will not leave us in our mess.
He doesn’t set us free from sin and leave us bound to our sin.
When we come to Jesus, He will transform our messiness from the inside out so that we can live and walk in a way that glorifies Him.
But this has to be our choice.
We have to choose to allow Him to transform us and make us a new creation in Him.
